WP4 overview

Goal

WP4 is a work package to control data in FANTOM5. The responsibilities are in:

• data files to be shared among the consortium
• databases/interfaces for manual inspection
• a web resource to be open with the publication

With collaboration with other WPs, we also commit to:

• prepare sample annotations (with WP1)
• check data quality (with WP2)
• maintain contributed analysis or external data to be shared (with WP5)
• maintain the collaboration site to share relevant information (with fantom5-secretariat)

Activities

• maintenance of this wiki
• update and freeze of data files - File_release
• genome browser
