WP4 overview

Goal
WP4 is a work package to control data in FANTOM5. The responsibilities are in:
- data files to be shared among the consortium
- databases/interfaces for manual inspection
- a web resource to be open with the publication
With collaboration with other WPs, we also commit to:
- prepare sample annotations (with WP1)
- check data quality (with WP2)
- maintain contributed analysis or external data to be shared (with WP5)
- maintain the collaboration site to share relevant information (with fantom5-secretariat)
Activities
- maintenance of this wiki
- update and freeze of data files - File_release
- genome browser
