Notes: Note RNeasy and miRNeasy use the same columns, but the ethanol concentration is adjusted to make sure the small RNAs stay on the column. miRNeasy uses a Trizol/qiazol/Isogen pahse separation first and then cleans up the aqueous phase using the RNeasy columns
