Conference presentations
To give some guidelines on presentation of FANTOM5 material at presentations prior to publication. We ask that presenters please contact us and send a copy of your planned presentation prior to presenting (send to Al). Basically we will check that it includes the correct acknowledgements and doesn't disclose anything that will damage the publication.

FANTOM5 focused presentations
For presentations where FANTOM5 represents a bulk of the presentation please include the following acknowledgements:
1. The FANTOM5 consortium
- In addition if you are using a dataset from a particular consortium member in your presentation, please email the member and either include an inline acknowledgement (eg. XXX Cells provided by collaborator X at Institute Y), or an acknowledgement at the end of the presentation.
2. Omics Science Centre (FANTOM5 headquarter)
- Alistair Forrest
- Piero Carninci
- Carsten Daub
- Harukazu Suzuki
- Jun Kawai
- Timo Lassmann
- Hideya Kawaji
- Yoshihide Hayashizaki
- In addition add other OSC members if they have contributed directly to the content of your presentation
3. Funding:
- Research Grant for RIKEN Omics Science Center from MEXT to YH.
- Grant of the Innovative Cell Biology by Innovative Technology (Cell Innovation Program) from the MEXT, Japan to YH.
