Tasks overview

Develop methods for data processing like tag mapping, clustering of CTSS, etc.
Develop analysis methods for the data employed in FANTOM5
Perform analyses for the Main Papers and for Satellite papers in collaboration with other FANTOM5 collaborator
Identify potential data analysis collaborators
Coordinate analysis efforts
