Tasks overview

  • Develop methods for data processing like tag mapping, clustering of CTSS, etc.
  • Develop analysis methods for the data employed in FANTOM5
  • Perform analyses for the Main Papers and for Satellite papers in collaboration with other FANTOM5 collaborator
  • Identify potential data analysis collaborators
  • Coordinate analysis efforts
