The configuration files include the first bunch of Helicos production runs for tissues.

• September 30 2010

Updated configurations to include the recently mapped libraries (tissues, cell lines, snapshots). All configurations from this date onwards show raw mapping (indexDP) based expression, rather than level1 (CTSS) based expression.

Yet one more update for mouse tissues.

Delve-based mapping files are now available and are loaded into the system.

Some libraries mapped with indexDP were mapped to hg19. Configurations were fixed, and different configurations for both human assembly are now made available

Drastic improvement in the configurations!!!Delve based data is updated with more libraries. All 5 species (human, rat, mouse, dog, chicken) are configured and tracks are sorted alphabetically.
