Tasks overview
- Develop methods for data processing like tag mapping, clustering of CTSS, etc.
- Develop analysis methods for the data employed in FANTOM5
- Perform analyses for the Main Papers and for Satellite papers in collaboration with other FANTOM5 collaborator
- Identify potential data analysis collaborators
- Coordinate analysis efforts
